You’ve heard the saying, “Share the Road.” Well, it goes both ways: bikers, listen up, you need to share the road with cars, too. Or someone is gonna get killed, and it won’t be the person shielded by thousands of pounds of metal.
Don’t Open the Door to Magazine Salespeople!
If you see a stranger at your door, and he says he is selling magazines, best not to open the door.

According to the First Quarter 2008 National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index (HOI) released last month, San Luis Obispo-Paso Robles is the second least affordable market among metro areas smaller than 500,000 people.
